i. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SIA "LAMI ACADEMY", registration number 40203052350, address Vīlandes 12, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvia, email [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as “We”, “Our company”, “Seller”), operating as the online store https://lamibeautyshop.com, and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Buyer”).
ii. These Terms apply to all our customers, regardless of whether they are registered users or making a one-time purchase as a guest.
iii. The Terms define the rules for purchasing products from our online store, ordering, payment and delivery terms, as well as conditions regarding the right of withdrawal, product returns, and complaint handling.
2. Conclusion of a Purchase Agreement
